The bed was comfortable..Room was very clean. Great location to get to different places. The staff were very friendly. Jenny was particularly attentive. She was happy to spend time for nice conversation with us and gave us very useful information for our needs. Eg: to the nearest bank for the best money exchange.rate and etc.

Good location for both the Pier area and city center. Roughly 10 walking time to Sanduo Shopping District Station or Kaohsiung Exhibition Center to catch the MRT. Hotel is renting free bikes, just ask for them. Clean and spacious rooms. Parking is at a nearby car park, you just hand in the bill and get refunded. Breakfast is served via a local Mos Burger. In the lobby you get complimentary drinks and ice cream.

The owner is such a lovely person-- so caring, observant and helpful. She really made us feel welcome. It's a small hotel, but the cozy reception area is full of treats like free ice cream, soda, tea/coffee and snacks. The coffee here is good. Free use of washer/dryer and laundry detergent. Indoor bicycle parking. Elevator. The room was very clean and comfortable and even had a small balcony. Convenient location.

Lovely service! The breakfast was exceptional (they deliver it up to your room which is a nice touch) and the free amenities at the lobby (coffee and ice cream) really help when coming back from being outside in the heat all day. Thank you for taking care of us!

The staff was extra helpful and friendly, free soft drinks and icecream also make it so much more fun. The free washing machine and dryer was handy, great value for money
